Morpheus8 combines fractional radiofrequency energy with microneedling to heat the dermis at controlled depths (commonly 1–4 mm with optional Burst mode) while creating micro-channels that stimulate remodeling. The goal is to improve skin firmness, wrinkles, acne scars, jawline/neck laxity, and overall texture with minimal downtime compared to ablative laser resurfacing.
Adults with mild-to-moderate laxity, static fine lines, atrophic acne scars, enlarged pores, or crepey skin who prefer a non-surgical option. Contraindications include pregnancy, active infection, recent isotretinoin, uncontrolled keloids, or implanted electronic devices—always evaluate medically.

Common effects include redness, mild swelling, and pinpoint crusting for 1–3 days. Less common risks: transient hyper/hypopigmentation, bruising, track marks, or rare burns—mitigated by proper depth/energy selection, epidermal cooling when appropriate, and strict sun protection. Always follow physician protocols.
Most patients need 2–4 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart; scars or significant laxity may require additional sessions.
Early smoothing can appear within 2–4 weeks, with peak improvement around 6–12 weeks as collagen remodels. Maintenance every 6–12 months helps sustain results.
With conservative parameters, appropriate depth selection, and expert supervision, RF microneedling is generally suitable across skin tones. Pre- and post-care to minimize PIH is essential.
Face, jawline, neck, periorbital, abdomen, arms, thighs, and above knees—depths and energy are adjusted per area.
